P1000m5 Pre-filter ideas

I’m new to this forum and I am not sure how to look things up yet, I’m getting there. Im looking for ideas with the pre filter under the hood. What are you guys doing to to make room under hood? I see some with a plate so they can mount stuff too. Opens it right up! TIA!!

Here's what I did: Dumped the Honda air box parts, uses a metal sleeve (an old WD-40 can or similar is the right size (but check). And this filter . Shown before oiling.

I did this and works good. After really dusty ride will blow it out and only need to replace this filter every now and then.
