I bought a box full for cheap on Amazon, but they are very brittle and break about every third time you pull them out.
I shouldn't complain. I paid cheap and got cheap.

I bought the cheap Amazon specials as well.
I just buy the Honda ones when I need them. I buy them usually as filler for online orders.

It's kind of hard to find plastic rivets that are worth a sh!t. The OEM ones are ridiculously expensive, and they're still just a plastic rivet after all. They break and wear out on you anyway.

Buy them in volume, trash them if you need to to get them out, and throw a new one in there.

I could not agree more... Buy the kit that comes with the little forked tool to remove them and that will help get them out easier and with less damage as opposed to using a screwdriver or knife blade or such... All of my mods have been done using one of the kits. I did buy a bag of the normal 1/4 or 5/16" sized ones because I've use a lot of them.

Speaking of push pins, I really like these push pin pliers that I got a Harbor Freight.

I think every SxS guy on the planet has a pair of those pliers.

Yep, haha, I agree. 👍
I posted it for the new guys who have only used the forked pry bar tool.

You should have both for different locations. There are 6 in the kit but only 3 different tips, 3 long and 3 short.
