Pioneer won't start after washing

My brothers 2015 Pioneer with 5800 miles on it will not start after washing. Checked fuses. Any other simple checks we can do??

Crank no start or nothing?

Check your wiring, aka molex plugs for injectors and so on . Might be wet. Typical after wash no start

Is it not spinning over and completely dead? Or is the unit spinning and not firing off?

Also check, clean grounds to frame beside the battery. shift to neutral, using tool if needed, to rule out a bad brake interlock switch.

It will crank but will not start.

Assuming it is still not running, I would check fuses, then pull the air filter and spark plug. For the air filter, check to make sure you are not wet there and with the plug out, spin it over a few times and verify it is firing off. Next, I would put in a new plug. Finally listen to ensure the fuel pump is coming on the moment you turn on the key.
