I'd go 1" if you use 1/8" wall, 1 1/4" if you use 1/16" wall. The thin wall 1 1/4 would be lighter

Yep. I actually have a 4 year diploma in collision repair and painting. Only thing I never got into was frame rack work
Ok, then you've got this under control. Me, I'm still trying to keep everything in an Osprey and as you can tell, the squaw wants me to pull the toy hauler behind the SXS.

Not s***. It was like 2° today. The heater couldn't keep up and I slept like crap last night. Then we had a baby doctor appt today. I'll have more time Sat or sunday morning. I'm kinda waiting til next week til the weather gets back into the 20's by Monday or Tuesday.
I think it was 50* today, I had to come out of my coat. ;)

Lol, I think it has a 1000cc motor so if the P1K can pull it.....
Don't worry, she's coming with the cloths on her back and what she can fit between her feet on the floorboard of the 700, I'll see to that.
