Year-Round Riding
Boom. Did you hear that? Thunder—the rain clouds are moving in, and you're thirty minutes from any sheltered area. Don't let Mother Nature catch you unprepared. Install SuperATV's Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Convertible Cab Enclosure Doors instead. With little effort, you can transform them from full doors to half doors. You'll be able to keep up with your work without worrying about the weather. They're made from lightly-tinted polycarbonate material so that you can stay protected from all the elements on the trail. These doors are one-of-a-kind, featuring our two-piece design and loaded with features.

Sealed Tight with Secure Seal Technology
Thanks to our Secure Seal technology, you can keep the weather where it belongs—outside your cab. We use a full-length bulb seal and powerful gas struts to keep the doors snug to the frame of your machine. So not only is your cab leak-proof, but you also get a rattle-free ride.

Convert from a Full Door to Half Door
Preparing for the trail and the elements can save you a lot of trouble. And these doors do just that. You can switch from a full door to a half door when you want more airflow than what a window can give you. It's simple: remove the bolts from the bottom portion of the door and unhook the gas strut. The half door sits low enough to rest your arm on its frame but still high enough to protect you from trail debris. And if our half-door concept isn't open enough, you can remove it too for that open-cab feel.

Made with Scratch-Resistant Polycarbonate
We've seen what rough terrain can do to your rig—we don't want to see what it can do to you. That's why we made these doors with our lightly-tinted polycarbonate material. It's 25 times stronger than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass. And that's not all—we treated them with our proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating for added durability against scratches, abrasions, and harmful UV rays. Plus, we've made the frame from powder-coated steel tubing so that these doors will last.

Loaded with Convenient Features
We took these doors to the next level. They're cleverly designed for better protection and to control your cab's comfort level. We also loaded these doors with accessories. They come with side-view mirrors, expanding your visibility and making your ride safer. Our key-locking latches add extra security to your machine, while the secure gas struts make them easier to open and close. And if that wasn't enough, installation is super easy. You'll have these doors installed on your machine and will be riding the trails before you know it.

Any update on these? There is zero reviews on these. Fit and finish? longevity? how durable are they? what's replacement parts like? I am looking for something like this and like my front and rear flip up windshield but cannot find ANY real-world experience with this enclosure.

Oh yeah!! They are bad-azz!!

The reviews on the website are a software glitch. With any update, the part number changes...and we lose all reviews tied to that part number.

They are killer and easy to remove if you just want the lower half.

So noone in this forum has installed them... Ive read the reviews for all the other models they are provided for. All about the same, saying fitment isnt good but they like them. I am not asking for automotive quality fitment but for the price they should be similar. my main concerns are durability. how scratch resistant are they, if you lay it on its side are they going to be useless. can you order just 1 piece or have to reorder the entire enclosure again. I have super atv front and rear windshield with minimal issues. Will the enclosure work with the honda roof? or will i have to get another roof?

Prob because they are $$$
And there are other options not necessarily superior but have ben out longer and $$$ so no body is running out to spend that again.
I have a CEC system on my P1. That said, If I dint have a chopped top, I would give the SATV ones serious thought. If your on the fence, just buy them, start a thread and be the first for others that have the same question.
SATV makes good stuff and good support.

Fitment is spot on, and about as good as you're going to get on a SxS. I've helped install a few...and I always take those reviews with a grain of salt. A lot of guys are expecting them to jump out of the box and install themselves. Just get a buddy that knows how to wrench to help out. Get a 12 pack of your favorite cold beverage and take your time while aligning everything.

Its the same material as our windshields. If you roll it...I'd assume it depends on what you roll it against for how well its going to respond. Same as the windshields, so you know it holds up pretty well.

Works just fine with the Honda roof. BUT.............looks a helluva lot cooler with our tinted roof that matches all the doors.
