P1000 Pioneer 1000-3 and Badlands 5000 Fairlead

My Pioneer 1k is a 2019. With the Badlands ZXR 5000 winch it appears the fairlead will not mount to the standard bumper mounting pattern as the mounting holes are wider. What are your solutions? Modify the fairlead mounting holes? Modify the bumper with new mounting holes? Buy a smaller fairlead? Other? Thanks!

If I remember correctly I widened the holes on the bumper
