P1000 Part Name for bumper bracket for winch shackle

I cannot remember the post or part number for the pipe bracket that is being used for the front bumper shackle hanger that mounts to front bumper. Please send info thanks It had an amazon number and was about 13.00 a piece.

Fred, is he talking about the 1 1/2" or whatever size exhaust clamp that some people use for attaching their D-ring/shackle to the bumper pipe?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but it is what I used to mount shackles/ D rings to my stock bumper
