Took my seat (bottom and back) out of my 2018 1000-5 Deluxe to install heat kit and found this....any idea what it is or where it’s supposed to go???

I was trying to get this post moved over lol. it surprised me when I took the back pannel off. I messed around and had it on right but had to second guess myself. lol
