Got news of pending delivery of new 2022 1000-5. What's the thoughts on the SuperATV BlackOps 4500 and 6000 winch. I've always had Warn on past ATV and current 700-4. Looks like install is no problem, so not worried about needing the dealer to install.

Haven't heard anything bad. One things for sure, SATV will take care of u if u have any issues.

No idea yet on those 2022's. Fingers crossed.

I hope the newer winch mounts are different than my 16 P1 Honda winch mount, it stunk when I had the Warn Honda winch on it, not easy to turn the knob to free spool and back. I've got the SATV Black Ops 4500 on it now, it works better than the Warn, but the Honda winch mount has to go. I'm think I'm going to get the HMF bumper and use a different winch mount and put my Viper V2 6000 on the front.

On my '21 1K5 SE, came with a Warn 4.5K winch. Nearly no access to the clutch unless you're a contortionist with small hands.
