any suggestions for where i can get oil and filter online for my new pioneer 4? have had it 2 weeks now and im ready for my initial maitanence

Ya. Any honda dealer. Or I can sell you one.
Its the same filter the Rubicon Trx500FA and Rincon Trx650/680 take.

Since the engine and tranny share the same oil we need to be careful and only use the oils recommended. I have read multiple posts of tranny slippage and problems with the big red and all were do to use of the wrong oil or use of an high performance aftermarket air filter that allowed more dirt to pass to thru. If the proper oil and air filters are used, these trannys are supposedly very very dependable.
