P700m4 No key switch power occasionally.

Every now and then I loose key switch power. Battery is 12+ volts and brand new. As soon as a jump box is connected, key switch power resumes. Seems as the battery needs to be excited to send power to key switch. Been to local Honda dealer three times in the past four months with no success. Thanks in advance.

Did you check your connections? If so , maybe time for a new battery.
