Hi all. Just got my 1k5 deluxe and wanted some input on accessories.
#1. Lightbar size and brand? Not wanting to run a second battery yet I don't think.
#2. Brand of a-arm guards?
#3. Type of blue tooth speakers you all like?
#4. Anyone have storage packs that hold a couple of guns?
#5. How bout some type of low voltage cab lighting?

Welcome to the rebellion (lots of former Popo (the dark side) owners on here). Congrats, I have different accessories than you so I cant help you on any of your above ???, but there's lots of very smart and knowledgeable people on here that should be able to answer your questions.

I'll break it up into a couple posts to make it easy for you to respond with questions if you like. I think a 40" light bar would be fine. A lot of people like the curved models as they spread the light more to the left and right. The 40" straight bars will throw a tighter beam further distance.

For the A-arm guards, I like what @CumminsPusher and @Delton used. They look beefy. I don't remember the manufacturer name.

They'll share some pics I'm sure. I've got one of Delton's.

If you want something decent but really durable, the Wetsounds speaker bars are nice. I wash mine with a water hose after every ride. It's got a built in amp and sub outs if you want that.



There are a lot of other options out there but this is the only one I have experience with

For gun storage, I use an over head gun rack I got on Amazon. It holds two guns and still leaves head room.

I did a 52" curved light bar.. just a cheap $100 bar from Amazon. If you're not doing anything that's pulling much over 15 amps it really changes directions with your electrical.. so keep that in mind when deciding on lightbar size.

I went with the bazooka party bar from Amazon because it was on sale for $300 when I bought it. It's pretty good has some cool features but I wish the orientation of buttons and lights on it were different.. I also would prefer it having better manual control on the head unit.

I used the same interior lights Joey has..

Thanks for all the info joey. Are you running a dual battery setup? Also how do you have the sound bar mounted? Is it bolted to the roof?

Yes on the dual battery and yes on the mounted to the roof.
