Surprised who you bought your wheels didn't tell you? Or did you steal them? HA!
They are system 3 sb4 and i bought them from Mudthrowers, sure wish they would have advised me on the lug nuts.

some places include the lug nuts and even give option want chrome or black with spline. Other places don't but are usually a little cheaper which leaves money to buy the lug nuts. Other than having to wait (again) or go out and find local, comes out about the same
