2018 XLT 5.0L 10 speed, 3.73 rear 4x4
E locker. Tow package. 23 gallon fuel tank.

I have a company truck so this is a weekend play truck. It's primary job will be to haul the SxS into the mountains. I plan to own it for a long time.
It's super nice! averages 21mpg so far.

Good looking truck. I have a 2013 F-150, 4X4 super crew, same color as yours, that I bought about 3 months ago, and I have been really pleased with it. Gas mileage has been mildly disappointing (3.5 ecoboost), but I would still buy it all over again. I have owned 3 F-150's before this one, and put around 200K miles on each of them without any major problems.

How ‘bout them Fords boys...just traded in my 21 year old Silverado stepside pickup for new 2019 XLT SPORT with 5.0 V8 in February and other than the payments, real like this so far. I too am getting a solid 21 MPG average and 24 MPG on recent road trip. Like the pure power of that Coyote 5.0 with good sounding exhaust. She pulls my 2020 Deluxe P700-2 real good!

I'm liking the Spitfire. Looks like about a 71?

It’s ‘a 78, have had for about 20 years, and prolly only added 300 miles to the 86000 odometer, ha. Never had time to fix some nagging issues and looked pretty in the garage I guess. Sorting out some Lucas electrical issues and gaining on them. Other than that she a blast to drive down country roads.
You know how it goes, fix it up for the next guy, but it is fun to work on. Now that I have new SxS it maybe time to send her down the road...unless I stack this on top of the Pioneer somehow? Hummm!?

I knew I was off on the year, when I looked at the picture again after posting, and saw those big black bumper guards. I had to laugh (sorry) when you mentioned electrical problems. I am sure you have heard all the jokes about Lucas, AKA "The British lord of Darkness". Why do the Brits drink their beer warm? Because they all own Lucas refrigerators. I can sympathize since I owned several of them. Good looking car and I know the're a blast to drive. Keep it, or you'll be sorry someday! 👍

This here is Big Bertha, she is a 19 F-350 CC 6.7 power stroke pullin beast. The P1K 5 rides in the trailer, and the rancher rides in the bed. On short trips she pulls the 20 ft enclosed trailer with both rigs in it.

Roommate had one in college. Never could figure out how he went to class with it in the backyard and came back to it in the front yard (jump the #3 fuse with the #4 and bypass the ignition).

A man after my own heart. Back in 71 a guy I knew had one. My best friend lived next door. For a month I took a gallon or so of gas out of his car and stored it in my buddy's garage. He b****ed like a little girl about how bad the mileage was. The next month I started putting it back a gallon at a time. You guessed it, he started bragging about how it was getting 60 to 80 miles to the gallon. He never figured it out. Then I started pushing it around to the next block and parking it where he could see it out of his bedroom window (never did). He'd call the cops and a couple of days later they find it. The third time I did it, the cops told him to go look on the next street over. And yes he deserved it.

Nice trailer.
Do you tow at 65mph with the windshield in place? OEM?
Ive heard horror stories.
Considering an enclosed trailer because of it.

I have the plastic OEM window and haven’t had any problems towing it on an open trailer at freeway speeds.

Its a Floe xrt-13-73 trailer. Max capacity of about 2400lbs and very well built. Only weighs in at 560lbs! Honda 2 piece windshield, No issues. I just check the hardware before each trip.
