New Here Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Tires and Wheel Set? Need some help

HI Guys. Just bought a new Pioneer 1000-5. Making modifications now. What size wheel and tire set would you all suggest with a 3 inch lift?
Do I need offsets? Is a 30inch more appropriate for a 3inch lift or will a 32 work? I need to get DOT approved tires.

New in this game so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you go over 30”, you’re going to need portals or an IGR.
