That site has you select your machine then the accessory. From the accessory page you can usually find a link to the instructions.

Actually the site is messed up, it had everything but the canvas mid panel install, this is what that number is for.

You don't want the under hood storage. When you add the torque locker you'll also want to add power steering. Once you add the power steering the storage tray won't fit.

Power steering (EZsteer)
Shocks (Walker Evans)
On the electrical look up marine waterproof switch panels and
waterproof boat fuse panels
The have a bunch of deferent szies and light colors.
I used Okerny for the switch panel. They have a lot of choices for buttons and colors. Just put one on my golf cart.
