Windshield was taken back because it was their mistake. It was aftermarket and I ordered the Honda one. Should be here Friday.

They are never almost done

Just installed the front fender flares. Not very practical but they look cool. Now to design my wind deflector so that I can actually feel air when I ride. The Honda windshield is nice but it doesn’t move any air toward the riders at all. All the air flow goes up the windshield. I’ve designed a deflector out of cardboard and think I’ve finally got it like I want it. Now to make it out of something more permanent.

Not very eye pleasing with the cardboard. Even the final one will be very basic. Just need it to reroute the air towards me. I’ll definitely take pics before and after. Should do it tomorrow.

Nothing extravagant but it works like a dream. It actually puts more air in your face with the windshield half closed. Cost-$0.00. Used an old piece of metal ridge cap and rust-oleum paint and 6 plastic ties. Yes I know I have 2 white ones, I ran out of black. That will be changed out before the weeks out.
