National Emergency - HP1K vs P1k - Naming Dilemma!

Ok team... Ran into a major issue today discussing the different models.
This is now escalated to Alpha Delta stage 4 national emergency and must be voted upon ASAP!

QUESTION?
What will be the short code standards for the different models?

Should the short names for the SxS1000 be HP1k or just P1k? (the k will be lower case)

Example.
P1k3 = 1000m3
P1k5 = 1000m5


Current short codes for 700 and 500
p5 = Pioneer 500
P2 = Pioneer 700-2
P4 = Pioneer 700-4

Or...
Should a total renaming come to a vote to resolve the P5 name as it could go for both?

Need Ideas?

I think it comes down to a search result strategy.
If you type in P1k you don't get any results for po po
short names got screwy when we only knew about the 700
Let them be the grandfathered names. P2 and P4 i doubt honda will make a 200 or 400cc version so that frees up numbers...although 2000cc but that could be called a P20
start with first number such as P5, P1 and P1-5

Sport model would be P1S-5 or P1T-5 for the Turbo?
RMP1-5 would be the name for the Red Mountain Version

ORRRRRRRRR we could use the Honda Part numbers HL1 , HL3, HL4?, HL5? but you still have to contend with the 2 and 4 seat HL3 and the 3 or 5 seat HL4?

That's assuming they don't split the names like everybody else and have a sport called something different. Ranger/RZR, Commander/Maverick, Prowler/Wildcat.

That seems like great direction from a marketing perspective, that delineates the product lines.

It's fun to read all these hopes and assumptions.

I think Honda will follow the same pattern the other manufactures followed and delineate the Sport and Rec/Utility lines with different names.

With the Odyssey and Pilot names going on cars, maybe the SxS guys will use some of the unused car names.

Legend 1000R has a nice ring.
