Probably, I haven't been under the seat of a 22, or even mine lately to suggest routing.
Top open connector, you can probably move the harness into it. Then look around for a hole for the lower circled christmas tree.

There are two cables (throttle/shifter?) running through there. I think the loose tie downs are for those since they are just flopping around in there.

The unwrapped wire section is fairly short.

Next question, appreciate you guys humoring a new guy. Along the front edge of the front seat there is a connector taped to a bundle, looks similar to a 4 pin trailer connector.

Am looking to mount my bilge fan but noticed “unused” connectors while poking around. No real sxs experience prior to this one.

That’s a seatbelt strap thing. I think it’s for transport and supposed to be removed prior to delivery. I found one loose one (driver’s seatbelt) and three still installed on the other corners.

If you're looking for some handy wires to hook up that fan under the seat, best bet is to run new ones! This is fairly easy to do going forward under the floorboards (remove skid pan if so equipped). There's a forward "access panel" at what passes for a footwell at the center of the front seat, it'll help some, as will experience fishing wires. Be sure to use adequate size wire for the current draw of the blower or fan you choose. 14 ga is great (following the rule bigger is better), 16 ga will do if that's what you got.

Thanks, planning to run new wires. I am just noticing things I had not noticed before while trying to fab a mounting bracket for the fan.

If you weld, the bracket I made is easy to install or remove - just two SS hose clamps. I welded the tubing to the bar at a compound angle to aim the blower. The end with the pin gets a bit of split plastic or rubber tubing to fit in the existing keyhole of the plastic intake resonator (or whatever it's called). Shown hung up to dry paint, in the house (wife is tolerant).

Looks great, things are a little tighter on the 22 with the under seat heat shields in place. They have "pockets" that drop down. The deepest one is directly over where you have your fan mounted. I think i will need to move it to the drivers side of the cross bar and angle it towards the exhaust manifold. Still fabing some left over aluminum to see how it will work.
