P700 Muffler?

Found a hole in my stock muffler today. Looks like a replacement stock muffler is $500 or so. Before I pull the trigger does anyone have a aftermarket one they like better?

Can a patch be welded over it maybe?

At that price, Im assuming it's a 2015 or newer with the cat in the exhaust? If you can find a new 2014 muffler, they are like half the price, but without a cat, but also no O2 bung, so you'd have to weld one on/in. Otherwise, should bolt on.
