I don't care for that part around the hitch, the upper part looks ok, i always worry i'll break a tail light backing into something...I need a rear bumper

My question is will the bed still dump it looks like it mounts to the frame not the bed like most bumpers.

Dump bed does work with the bumper. Guy on facebook has one.
