Montana Recommendations in Late November - Not a Skier

Looking for some guidance on where a local Montanian would go for R&R in late November. I know the slopes are highly regarded but I'll pass on that. Museums, Lodges, B&Bs, outdoor opportunities etc. Would entertain renting snowmobiles or hauling the P1 along if there are accessible places in the early winter. Looking for a blend of small towns with the best views around, seeing the Big Sky and some critters. This is a short 4 to 5-day scout and B'Day trip. Turning 60, the Mrs. is on my hip. Prepping for mid-west locations to revisit post-retirement.

Appreciate any recommendations on locations and accommodations from the HondaSXS members in the know.

Glacier National Park?

I admit I am lost when it comes to Montana (other than Yellowstone the movie and Redford's a river runs through it. And the Outdoor Channel). Glalcier National has it going on. This was a 2020 version Plan My Trip to Glacier National Park: November Edition and Whitefish and Kalispell come up often. Thanks!

Deer Lodge and Augusta areas are nice.
Small towns with businesses and locals that are glad to have you.
The "dirty side of Glacier" (east side going south to Helena) has the same small town hospitality.

Further east is wide open riding.

BTW,
Yellowstone the park is 97% in Wyoming.
2% Montana and 1% Idaho.

Thanks @Dirtstiffs-1000. I'm down with small town hospitality and the Wyoming connections. Through most all tourist guide sources these are the most common places, with noted somewhat hidden gems.

I second Red Lodge….some nice dispersed camping and trails just south of Red Lodge about 10 mi or so. Might be a bit cold at the higher elevations.

Montana in late November can be a mite chilly, have a backup plan.
