P500 Model Numbers Ugh!!!

Can someone please explain the difference between these 4 model numbers and what the numbers and letters stand for?
SXS500M 2AC
SXS500M AC
SXS500M2 2AC
SXS500M2 AC
I know what the SXS500 is but the other stuff no clue.Just curious and want to know. Thanks

I'm see that too. Then 2018 adds in just a SXS500M A!!!
If your looking for parts you need to look at the AC for "most" of the USA.

If I read it right the numbers after the SXS500M are type codes. My 2015 to 2018 service manual list the following: 2015 - 2017, AC, llAC - USA (50 States including California), CM, llCM - Canada, Australia, New Zealand. After 2017, A, llA - USA (49 states except California) , Australia, New Zealand. AC, llAC - USA (50 States including California). CM, LLCM - Canada. I believe the ll can be the number 2. Example: llAC = 2AC. The labels are located in different locations from year to year.
