Milwaukee heated jacket sale

For those interested, Home Depot online has a good sale on jackets. Have the heated hoodie and other jacket 2+ years and working good, also have the cigarette lighter plug adapter when riding. Pay attention to selections if jacket only or those with kit (battery and charger) depending on your need. Also got the Better half a heated AXIS jacket 1/2 price, she rides also and likes it alot, arrived in 2 days, free shipping.

I had the Jacket and It was ok but didnt keep me as warm as I was hoping. Thinking about maybe doing a hoodie I can put a jacket over instead.

Have you tried a layer over your jacket? Even a light frogtogg to retain the heat?
Also, the 12v cig plug helps them heat up higher and faster.

I didnt, It wasnt the jacket you posted above. it was the other one and it was already bulky. Hows the one you linked to here compared to the original?

Mine are not Milwaukee Jackets. So I will be no help in the comparison.
I do know my hoodie does feel warmer when wearing it. But I think that is due to only have a shirt on under it, where when I use the jacket, I have more layers on.

Mine are Snap-on branded. I believe these are all made in the same factory to different specs.
The first generation Milwaukee/Dewalt only had heated bodies. The Snap-on had heated pockets for your hands. I wear my hoody a lot. Not always using heat. I worry about how many washes I will get before the wiring goes to crap.

Had the heated hoodie for 2+ years, many washings. Does work best under something for better warmth. Plan to repurpose/cut the old hoodie to a vest for under my “lets get muddy” riding coat (with 12v plug). Personally, I prefer the AXIS light weight quilted heated more than the cloth hoodie.

I have a Jacket and a vest - I prefer the vest under a jacket or sweatshirt. It gets warmer with the plug but you have to unhook and then hook back up when you get out of the honda + turn in on again. Still will run with the cig plug as it gets warmer but also run with battery from time to time.
