Hello, I am looking at purchasing a Pioneer 700-4 and am wondering what the height is from ground to the bottom of door. I have a trailer with 13" sides, I am wondering if I would be able to get out after driving into trailer.
The closest one to me is an hour away so I can't take it myself
Thanks in advance

My trailer is 72" wide and has. 13" solid sides. Wasn't sure if the front doors would clear the 13" side of the trailer so I can get out.
72" wide, inside or outside? 13" sides?

Since we're on the trailer size topic...I'm in line to get a 700-2 Custom in the spring 2021. I have three flat bed trailers...one is 54" inside the 3" high side and the other one I might use is 96" wide and no problem but it's 16' long and a bit too big for the little Pioneer 700 and not tight road friendly. 3rd is way too big.
I'm planning to change tire/wheels from stock to 14"x 6" and run truck tires. I know the outside measurement of the tires is unknown at this point. I can widen the little trailer a few inches before the wheel wells become a problem.

Any ideas on how wide this combo might be on outside of tires? Really don't want to build another trailer.

Not particularly sure on the width but that 56 inch wont be big enough. I haul mine on a 77" inside rail 16 foot dual axle. Gives you room to put it on the trailer and tongue weight right. And a spot for certain fourwheelers to fit no problem. Granted i got the trailer before i put portals on but i can haul a single cab pick up on the 77 inch. Not sure if your 96 outside to outside or not but thats sounds similar to mines total width.

Surely someone has a 700 they can open the door and measure to the ground to answer the man's question?

My 700/4 with 27's, the bottom of the front door when opened is 15.5" from the ground! With factory 25"s it may not clear the 13" side walls of the trailer?

I think I snuck my post in right before yours. I just measured mine at 14 1/4” with factory tires. 😉

I think you will be close, I have 27' tires on mine and about a 1" lift and clear a 16" trailer rail. sitting in it takes out about 1" as well. sorry I don't have my original numbers for you. also remember adding a 2x8 board to the floor where the wheels sit will help in a pinch if needed. just be sure to fasten them down good. :)
