Lug nuts cross reference to anything at autoparts store?

I'm an idiot. After all the work I did to my Pioneer, I never torqued the rear wheels back down. As a result, I lost a lug nut playing in the snow. I'd rather not buy a complete set to work with my ITP wheels. I haven't found anywhere where I buy a single lug.

Don't know ... if this is
true...but guy at auto
place told...me lugs for
honda...are a common one
..used on ..alot of Automobiles
