P1000 low range speed

is there a low range speed limiter on my 17 Pioneer 1000,around 33mph it will start missing and chugging, high range I cant get it to 7000 rpms any more since I put new tires and wheels on,top speed now is about 59, was 67 with factory wheels and tires, I hope somebody has some answers for me, I just put a new air filter in, old one was pretty dirty, not much difference in performance though, thanks

Have you used a GPS for the speedo after the bigger tires? And yes, low range speed limiter I believe is 39 mph, this will vary (on screen) depending on your tire size
