Lost Moose Campground, Cataldo Id loss

Lost Moose Campground in Cataldo Idaho lost one of the owners that had been battling breast cancer.
For those of us that have enjoyed the hospitality from these great people this is a big hit. Great people that turned this campground into a Sxs specific basecamp for riding and enjoying the area. One of our favorite destinations when a cabin was needed we always had a great time and met many good people. They always did a great job making sure everything was just right and people were taken care of. Had many great events here including Easter for the kids and the most incredible Halloween weekend full of excitement for the kids and good safe night rides for the adults. Christmas was the best here!!
We wish the best for the family in these times. Thanks so much for the experiences! It was awesome. To everyone close get out and enjoy this great place, it’s worth the trip!

I remember driving through there with Y'all. I'd love to buy that place if it goes up for sale. That and if I can afford it. Otherwise I will keep them in my prayers.

There’s still the father and two kids left running it. They moved up from the coast to get away from everything and start a new life doing their dream. I believe they will probably be staying.

Went to there website looks like awesome place .Always sad to here someone who you could tell cared about there guests that much lost there battle . Thoughts condolences and prayers go out them.
