Hello,Dave. The only concrete way I know of to get “full soft” will be “demo mode”. turn key switch to ON. With engine off press and hold down normal on LV switch until the green normal light disappears on the suspension information dashboard. This allows you to move the vehicle around by hand with no suspension dampening for approximately 10 seconds to demonstrate suspension functions or to diagnose the suspension in the event of an issue.
