Yesterday I got stuck in a hole. Took 3 4 wheelers to pull me out. Anyways now it’s being a pain to go in low. I have to hold the break in and keep slamming it on low. Like it’s in a bind. I’m not driving until it engages. I just don’t like it now. Is this something simple or did something get messed up.

Shifter cable could be out of adjustment. Its somewhere behind the dash.. I think u access it from the hood but I've not adjusted mine so I don't know exactly where it is.. Or if you don't have a real skid plate, your could have bent that linkage lever when you got stuck. There isn't much room between it and the skid plate. Remove the seat and you can see it.

Also, check your sub-trans oil level on the dipstick. You may have gotten water in it and that would make the level too high. Strangely enough, a too high sub-trans level makes these machines difficult to get into low.
