I don't think an LED bulb will run on the OEM socket, but I may be way wrong.

I got mine from Amazon. They have some with little plastic colored sleeves that go over them. I love my light bar too. I will find and post them

These are plug and play direct replacement. The stock bulb is an 862. Search for an 881 which is the same bulb, but easier to find in that model number.
