P700 Light bar ground question

I am working on wiring a second battery along with a true am isolator and stinger relay And also a front light bar. Can I connect the ground from the lightbar and also the ground from the rocker switch which will control the light both to the ground side on the fuse panel that I will be powering the light bar from? Is it. Correct to assume the isolator needs to be connected to a frame ground?

That is correct it will need to be grounded, and yes you can tie the grounds together.
