P700 LED on bumper

I was thinking about throwing a 12" lightbar on the top crossbar of my bumper. Was going to wire it to the factory headlight switch. Has anybody done this? Really the only time I ride after dark is pasture burning season. I am concerned about the possibility of it getting beat up in that location as I am off-road a lot.

I have had one on my bumper for a couple of years never have had a problem with it. Ran a separate switch for it though.

Same here. The front bumper is actually a great mounting location I think because it's solid and the light won't shake
