Was looking at the Kolpin 3 point hitch in combination with the 48" tool bar, chisel plow/scarifier and 48" blade to grade my gravel driveway. Has anybody used any of these on their 700? Have read some things about that the 2" hitch receiver was not robust enough to withstand the upforce pressure. Any thoughts on how the receiver might be reinforced? I was considering just mounting the blade behind the tool bar with the scarifier.

When I had my 700 I beefed up the hitch. I wasn't hard on it and it had started to crack. Only used it to pull a small trailer around my property. There wasn't even any welds on the bottom of the hitch from the factory and then I added the square tubing on top.

That's all I got. Hopefully someone with experience with the attachments will chime in soon. Good luck!

Looks like an awful lot of stress on a P7
On a P1 possibly. But Id still be easy on it. IMO if u need a 3 point, Id save up and get a small tractor thats actually made for it
I agree. I pushed stone with my P5 once. It did it but it was hard on it. I'll never do it again.
