ITP Mud Lite XL Actual tire height?

Do they run true to size? I am wanting to fit a 28" on all four corners at 10" width. The way that I ride, I think may be I can get away with it! I am currently using Terrabites 27/9/12 and want to upgrade to 28/10/12 ITP's as a spare set for a little aggressive riding in mushy stuff!

If I remember correctly they run small I had 28s on a foreman with a 2 inch lift and there was plenty of room.

They puncture extremely easily also.

I’d highly recommend anything but mud lites.
