P700 ITP Blackwater Evolution true size

planning on replacing my worn stock tires on my 700 with a set of Blackwaters in 25x11x12 and 25x9x12 respectively.
Does anyone here know how they measure out in real life? I find the stockers are actually under 25”.
Reason for going with 25” again is that I am pulling a heavy trailer most of the time and I don’t want to lose bottom end grunt.

Doubt you'd notice any difference going up 1 inch. Usually worth it all around.
