iPad / YouTube issue

Good evening. I have been having a problem for a while where I can not click on a YouTube video from my IPad and have it open. It's as if I am clicking on nothing as nothing happens.
The video that spifyd just posted is a good example.

Any thoughts?

I didnt experience any issues on my iPad.
I have a few more at work I will test tomorrow.

Quick search brings up lots of people having this issue --> Google

Mine was not working at first,then I noticed there was an update for that app. I updated and it started working.

After looking at some of the hits on Google, I decided to use safari instead of google chrome.
Safari works, chrome does not

Weird. Seeing YouTube is Google. Most likely a update coming soon if not already.
