If you want just a single color, these are awesome. They are super bright though. I put a dimmer on mine. I have one in the front and one in the back.

They are waterproof also

They are stick on. I tried putting them on the roof and the sun would release the adhesive. Now I have them on the rollbar.

I've had 4 on the back bumper of my truck for about a year now and they've never come off. They are wired into the back of trailer light plug so they come on automatically while in reverse. I've had great luck with them, they've been reliable and they're cheap.

You will like them. I stole idea from Joey as well. As he said...very very bright. Lose a contact lenses in the floorboard?? No problem lol. Mine are stick to rollbar as well plus couple of cable ties.

I concur also with Joey. These are the same ones I've been using and they are very bright. The metal housing on mine wrapped around the back of the lights and the double back tape sat over the tabs funny so I cut the tape under the tabs and put a new layer of good automotive 3m doubleback over the top. It makes it smoother so it sticks a lot better.

Holy crap these are bright. So do these need a fuse? Where do you guys ground small items like this that go straight though the switch with no relay? Straight to battery I assume.

Mine run thru the cooper PDM so they are fuse protected. I really can't remember where I grounded them but their very low amp draw and could probably be grounded anywhere you like.

Those are bad a##! Getting some for myself! Will be great when getting my bow and gear out in the morning before heading to my tree stand. Nice!

i zip tied a headlamp to the roll bar and it works great and was very inexpensive.
As long as you can see with it. Thats all that really matters right?

I use a 2A. I can't find a 1A... lol. They only pull an amp. Here's a good online calculator to keep handy on your phone.

Watts to amps (A) conversion calculator

There's also apps you can put on your phone. I just downloaded a simple one called Ohm's Law Calculator.
