I am having trouble installing new rear brake pads. It seems difficult to put back on. Can anyone please tell me how to put them back on? 2018 model 700-4

My first thought as well.

Can you take pics, where are you at in the process of re installing?

Does the 700 have the pinion brake like the 500? If so, the piston probably screws in like the 500. It cant be pushed in with a c clamp like most calipers.

Here is a video, skip to about 14:45

it does. but i think its a little different. i did mine with pry bar and wrench. i turned the piece by hand but was only 1 turn out. probably cause i fried the ebc brake in like 100 miles

I have pushed the cylinder all the way back. It doesn’t want to push on. Pads keep moving close to each other before I can install.
