Very simple. Buy the bypass plug from this forum. Plug it in and you are done. Takes about 3 minutes

Make sure you choose the proper machine. They are different between the Pioneer and Talon.

I just cut the oem seatbelt wiring up a couple inches from the connector, soldered and heatshrinked the two wires together. It's easy enough to put back to stock if I every wanted to. It's an immediate, zero dollar solution that allows the use of any harness.
