P700 Installed a swamp donkey stereo in my 700-2

Installed the universal type for two reasons, price and the led dome lights. Turned out nice, sound is amazing and crazy loud to be 2 6.5 kicker speakers. Mounted with L brackets to the oem hard roof.

It comes pre wired with inline fuse. Just hook it straight to the battery. It has a switch on the front that is a main power kill switch, they call it a "smart switch" meaning when you kill the power it saves the memory like a car. It has some awesome sound!

I just ordered mine yesterday, after emailing them first to make sure they were up and running. Got a tracking number today!!! Seem like really good guys.

i looked at different options of sound, sound bars and so on. Ive heard sound bars and honestly i love the way the swamp donkey sounds so much better. Much clearer and it uses a sony head unit so you have the option to listen to fm radio also. My wife didnt like to idea of spending money on it, but loves the sound lol.

Yep, Ive shopped these things for months. I wanted plug n play, the kids just wanted music. Be here tomorrow.

There are a few options on purchase, I got mine off of amazon, they are on ebay or from the company directly, www.swampdonkeyenterprises.com/.

Hope this helps. They offer one made for the 700 that is a 4 speaker model but it was so much more expensive i decided on the universal model and it worked out well.

Just finished the install. I really like it. Kickers and Sony, it sounds fine. The housing for the head unit seems a little low whereas a person working their way across the bench may get a lump on the head. Install instructions seem very vague for first timers. I first put my clamps upside down and ended up with a extra set of holes drilled in the side of the box. After some cussing it was obvious how it was made to install. The rest was easy. 😬😬😬😬🤷‍♂️
