Brand new IACV installed. Wiring is good. Still idles like s***. No lights on dash. Thoughts?! TIA

Does wiggling or pulling the the wires one way or the other on the connector make a difference?
Not to question u. But broken wires are not usually visible. The copper breaks right at the head of the connector inside the insulation.
