The guy at the Secret Meeting last year.. has a band too. He was fairly good alone.

FOOD...
I really like the food ticket / foot truck method. Last year I didn't sponsor enough food. I had $ leftover to spend. I also think I started late handing them out. Anyways, Compared to other years, it seemed to go smoothly. Vs is trying to get everything through a line of some sort.

Raffle items...
We always to a set of TIERS. What size tires?
What do yall think about going with a FAKE display tire and just ordering the proper size shipped to your door?
Because... Talon and Pioneer, 1000,700,500... all different sizes.
We will have a winch, isolators, light bars, cubes, turn signal kit, recovery kits, backup lights, and lots of small things.
Vendors or anyone really, if you have something to bring, please do.

If you are new to the takeover, we do shirts every year. You can sponsor the event by buying a sponsor shirt.
This gets your name added to the shirt and helps cover the cost of the event.
Our goal is to break even every year, throwing all the $ back into the event or saving it for the next.
This allows us to pay for the band, food, and tons of raffle items. Our goal with the raffle is for at least 1/2 of the people to win something. So far, I think we have done well.

Registration is not required, but it helps us get a head count. Also we use this for the food. So you must be registered to get food.

You might be able to barter with him at this point. He'd probably do it for a pack of menthol Kools or even a few pints of toilet wine. Those could be hard to come by though so perhaps just some off the shelf Astro Glide would be enough to encourage him.
