How do we send private messages?

Under the menu in the upper left hand corner is a tab for "Members" there you can search their name.

Once you find the person your looking for, click "Start Conversation" to send a PM.

Or alternately you can click on their name on a post and "Start Conversation" will be there as well.

You can add a limited number of participants to a PM.
