P1000 Honda P1000 OEM heater MELTED :)

Ok, I started to pull apart my Salvaged P1000 that has OEM heater installed.

To my surprise plastic hose holders/ducts that screw/lock into heater were melted and deformed and not round anymore, I guess Arizona heat got them,

any such experience???

Im going to improved Honda design on screw metal ducts . Need to find right replacement. I did not do pics. Will post when go back to the shop.

Found aluminum 1 3/4 replacement .

Hey buddy! No it was AZ DPS trooper who tried to drive it onto trailer and fell off . It was totalled and I bought it off auction. Have not had chance to tell the story. I think I keep it. Now question of I want to sell p500 , NO, but wife wants it gone .

Yes. Just winter was too short and not much snow. I've ordered 4s1 tracks . Will set them for next season. Wanted to try on p500. But end up buying p1000 and changed order to p1000

Seems odd that you had a short winter. Down south we had a hard winter...

Yes , soon, just trying to do fluid change, skid plate , some minor stuff . Got also into snowcats . I think I'm going through mid life crisis. 43 this year
