Anyone have the email address? I looked all over the website and couldn't find it. I might have overlooked it.

There is no public direct email.
Best option is to call there Customer Service Line (866) 784-1870

What is your question related to. We have covered A LOT of stuff here. Maybe someone already knows the answer.

Thanks.

I was going to email to see what response I would get about the clutch slippage. Would be nice to hear from them directly. Not optimistic that I'd get a detailed and informative reply, but it's always worth a try

Sounds like a good Idea but,you arent goong to get anything out of it......Three dealers here in Pa wont even aknowlege the clutch Issue.Honda is going to have to address this issue soon,by a statement or a recalled fix.Its on all the forums and its definetly is now effecting sales.I wouldnt even think of a 1000 till this clutch problem is resolved....18000 plus is lot to gamble....I trust Honda with all my years of deserved loyalty, but once in awhile this happens.Because honda has always built a superior product,is why this issue grew so quick on forums. But they will fix it.....Sugar I would get a used 700 and wait it out.that way you can enjoy this spring and summer.I garantee honda makes changes to the 2nd year 1000s.Its what Im Doing.....Also remember some people that drive these machines and post.could break a lead block. The 700 is great and may be all you need

Getting a 700 is a decent idea, but here in WV I need the low range of the 1000. Also, with taking 2 kids hunting, I can put them both up front and still have the full bed. I'll look at the 700 again, but the 1000 really fits the bill well. Guess I'll just have to wait until fall and continue to use my 4 wheeler until then. I'll likely call once a week to aggravate them.
