If you replace just the bulb with HID bulb it will cast a poor quality light. It will be scattered and splotchy. Here is an example of when I tried it.

In this pic, the light doesn't hit the trail. It scatters everywhere in the trees but not on the trail.

I added some, they arent perfect but 10x better than stock, and pretty cheap and easy to install. There is a thread on here about it I think.

You don't needs lights at all. Once it's dark you should be back at your RV sitting outside and drinking beer.

The standard P-500 wiring won't handle HID's without the proper accompanying conversion kit. It's not just about adding bulbs.

Eagle Eyes are the ones i bought,I admit there kinda high in price but are worth the money.
