Hi there,
We recently added a 2023 Pioneer 1000-5 Deluxe to our Honda family.....problem is, I am only 5' (hubby is 6') and I cannot reach steering, brake or gas without sitting on edge of seat! UGH! Did not know seat had no slider. Oh well, now looking for something to help this old gal drive safely and comfortably - any ideas? Thanks :)

Get a solid cushion to space you out from the rear of the seat back. My friend's 11 year old grandson was driving mine last evening and this afternoon with a back cushion from chair from around the pool. Fairly firm and not huge, plus the seatbelt worked perfectly.

Many people use a Throttle Maxx on the gas pedal to help smooth out pedal response. As long as you can reach the floor i would think it would work for you. My wifes 5'2" and doesn't have a problem with it.

Same here. My wife is also 5'2". The throttle Maxx is better for her than not having it

Thanks guys, ends up that the "cushion" that works best for me is actually the vent cover inside an RV. I put it in an old pillowcase so I can wash the dust off. It is the perfect size and portable! :)

If that 'sacks out' because it isn't dense enough, there are toss able boat cushions that are a bit denser.
