P700 Height of front doors off the ground?

Hi: I'm new to this board....

I'm shopping for a trailer and I'm not where my sxs is parked but I want to find out what the bottom height of the front doors are , off the ground...

Some of the trailers I'm looking at have 12" rail sides and I don't know if this would clear the door?

We have a 2024 7004D. The front doors are 14" at the bottom inside before curving up.

Clears the drop rails on my Karavan. I'd think a 12" rail should be good depending on your suspension.
