P1000 Heat shield with Aluminum

I saw a thread a while back where someone was making a 1 piece heat shield with aluminum for the 1000-5's??
every time I take my DEI shield out to work on the rig it gets messed up.. would be nice to have a i piece ridged panel to take in and out.
anyone see that thread??
